Enquiries and confirmations
Submitting an enquiry is not a booking. Suggested itineraries are starting points. Services, pricing, dates and availability must be confirmed in writing before you make a booking decision.
Scope and payments
Your quotation should identify inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, taxes where applicable and relevant supplier conditions. Do not assume transport, meals, tickets or activities are included unless listed.
Travel responsibilities
Share accurate traveller and arrival information, relevant access needs and any changes that affect arrangements. Carry documents required for your journey and follow local rules and provider instructions.
Changes and external conditions
